Detailed Trail Description:

Tucked into the spring mountains, Carpenter Canyon is the go to spot to escape the heat of the valley. At its end, enjoy the sound of the stream, cool and fresh mountain air.

This trail is in & out. After relaxing on the mountain, we will head back but instead of heading back the way we came, we are going to loop around and continue the route before the turn to Carpenters Canyon.

This connection loop has some bumps, descents and climbs as we drive thought the spring mountains. We will end where we started.

And … stock Jeeps are welcome.

Here’s the list:

  • I do not recommend street tires due to the rocks and need for traction on the return trip.

  • Desert pin stripping WILL HAPPEN. The only way to avoid it … is not to come.

  • Comms are required. GMRS

  • A spare tire

  • Then we return which will be a little more challenging than the beginning
