Devils Canyon and Crystal Pass
A beautiful scenic drive. Stock Jeeps are welcome, trail is rated at a level 2. Recommend at least All Terrain Tires.
Pahrump to Mountain Springs
Mountain Springs is located between Pahrump and Las Vegas and is accessible from Pahrump by trail. The trail runs Southeast and Southwest through the Toiyabe National Forest and is an easy off-road drive through beautiful terrain.
Mt. Potosi
This is a Level 101 Run. It is a relatively easy ride through the Spring Mountains with hills and mildly uneven, rocky terrain. Some of the land surrounding the road says "private property and no camping". The southeast section opens up into the flat desert and we'll turn south to head toward Goodsprings. This run is approximately 19 miles.
Bitter Springs Trail to Echo Bay
A beautiful scenic drive. Stock Jeeps are welcome, trail is rated at a level 2. Recommend at least All Terrain Tires.
Gold Butte
The 62-mile scenic trip offers opportunities to see desert wildlife, red and white sandstone, sinkholes, petroglyphs, the Muddy Mountains and Lake Mead.
Kodachrome - Rainbow Gardens - Lava Butte
Kodachrome, Rainbow Gardens and Lava Butte form this three prong loop trail. It is an easy trail suitable for any 4x4 truck or SUV, as well as off road vehicles and mountain bikes.
Bitter Springs
Bitter Springs Backcountry Byway is primarily an easy dirt road. There are optional washes with obstacles for those who want to begin exploring what their Jeep is capable of or just want more of a challenge.
Aiken Mine Rd / Mojave Phone Booth & Lava Tube
This trail is a sandy and, in some places, rutted road that leads to the Mojave Phone Booth (optional). Proceeding down Aiken Mine Road then leads to the Aiken Mine an abandoned Cinder Mine.
Alamo Road
Alamo Road is a trail located in the Desert National Wildlife Refuge (DNWR). This trail is mostly a dirt\sandy road that has several off-shoots to explore.
Mormon Wells
Mormon Wells Road is an easy dirt road located in the Desert National Wildlife Refuge (DNWR). This trail is typically run from the DNWR visitor center to the Desert Pass Campground a camping area that offers a bathroom and fire pit.
Aztec Wash and El Dorado Canyon Mine Run
A great scenic level 1 run. It heads down the Aztec Wash Trail to Aztec Wash on the Colorado River just north of Lake Mojave, then heads out towards Nelson's Landing to finish the trip.
Wheeler Pass
This scenic trail starts at Cold Creek and crosses over to Pahrump. It can be done in a stock vehicle with a mild lift depending on the time of year.
